Development and availability

The desktop clients are in development. Dates and previews are indicative, not promises of release, features or continuing availability. Downloading software does not grant access to a managed AI service or a paid subscription.

Provided as is

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, security or uninterrupted operation. Keep backups and independently check sources, citations and AI-generated content. Episeed does not replace your judgment or qualified professional advice.

Liability and responsible use

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or software. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections and liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or injury where applicable.

Use Episeed lawfully and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. If you use it in a business capacity, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify the operator for reasonable third-party claims and costs caused by your unlawful use or knowing infringement of others' rights. This does not cover the operator's own fault or override mandatory rights.

Your work and our rights

Your notes, documents and original work remain yours. Episeed branding, website content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. All rights reserved, except permissions expressly granted and rights under third-party or open-source licences. Do not redistribute proprietary materials without permission.

Privacy and applicable law

See the Privacy Notice for the current coming-soon website. Czech law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country. Changes to these terms will be published here; they do not retroactively remove mandatory rights.
